Like the previous recipe this one is best made with ingredients fresh from the food garden, thrives on quantities that reflects your mood and also never fails to wow our diners.
4-5 baby zucchini
juice and zest from one lime (more if the zucchini is in their teens)
snipped fresh chives (be generous)
fresh coriander, finely chopped (just a little)
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Coarsely grate the zucchini. Toss with the lime juice and zest. Sprinkle with the herbs. Season to taste. Toss well and serve at once.
